Talk to the person who built it
VoxScrape is run by one person, so there is no ticket queue and no first-line script. Email reaches the operator directly.
Support and product questions
Bugs, unexpected results, questions about how a source behaves, or requests for a source we don't yet cover. Include a run ID where relevant — it makes diagnosis much faster.

Billing and refunds
Charges you don't recognise, duplicate payments, cancellations, or plan changes. Credits for failed runs are refunded automatically, so check your balance first — they are usually already back.

Privacy and data requests
Access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data, and any question about how we process it. If you are asking about data concerning you that a customer collected, say so and we will route it correctly.

When we’re around
Email is monitored on weekdays. Messages sent over a weekend or public holiday are answered on the next working day. There is no phone line — a written record of what you saw and what we changed is more useful to both of us than a call.
Before you write about a run
Two things resolve most reports immediately. First, note the run ID from your run history — it lets us see exactly what was requested and what the source returned. Second, check your credit balance: if a run failed, the hold has already been released back to you automatically, and the question is usually about the result rather than the charge.
Answers you might not need to wait for
Billing mechanics — holds, settlement, expiry, cancellations — are documented in full on the Refund & Billing Policy page. What each source returns, and its per-result credit cost, is listed on that source’s page under Sources. How we handle personal data is covered in the Privacy Policy.
Reporting a problem with a source
Sources depend on third-party platforms that change without notice, so a source that returns nothing is occasionally a genuine breakage rather than an empty search. If you suspect that, send the run ID and roughly what you expected to see. Keeping collection working is our responsibility, and a report with a run ID attached is usually enough to reproduce the problem immediately. Credits held for a failed run are released automatically, so you are not out of pocket while it is investigated.
Requesting a new data source
Source requests are genuinely welcome and they do influence what gets built. The useful version of the request names the platform, the specific records you need from it, and what you would do with them — that last part matters most, because it is what determines whether a source is worth maintaining. Requests that describe a workflow rather than a platform tend to produce better outcomes, since occasionally an existing source already covers the job from a different angle.
Data requests about you
If you are not a customer but believe your information appeared in data collected through this service, write to the privacy address above and say so plainly. Note that VoxScrape collects publicly available information on behalf of customers who run their own searches, so in most cases the party responsible for holding and using that data is the customer rather than us. We will explain what applies to your situation and route the request appropriately. The Privacy Policy sets out the full detail.
Who operates VoxScrape
Operator details and the country the service is run from are on the About page. VoxScrape is run by one person, which is why there is no phone line and no out-of-hours cover — but also why the reply comes from someone who can actually change the product.
