Turn a contact list into deliverable emails at scale.

Overview

Enrichment is the step between a list of names and a list you can actually contact. You have businesses, handles, or profile URLs; what you need are deliverable email addresses attached to them.

The right approach depends entirely on what kind of entity you are enriching. Local businesses, Instagram creators, and B2B professionals each publish contact details in different places, and using the wrong source against the wrong population produces a poor hit rate and wasted credits.

This workflow is about matching source to population, then validating the result before it touches a sending domain.

Who this is for

Agencies enriching client-supplied target lists that arrive as names and websites with no contact details.

Outbound teams whose CRM has records with gaps that make otherwise-qualified accounts unusable.

Partnership and creator teams working from handles rather than corporate contact data.

The problem

You have names and company names — but no email addresses. Manually hunting down contacts takes more time than the outreach itself.

The VoxScrape solution

VoxScrape's three email sources — Maps Email, Instagram Email, and Social Email — cover Google Maps businesses, Instagram creators, and contacts across multiple social platforms. One run, clean output.

Step-by-step workflow

  1. 1

    Run Maps Email

Enter a business type and location. Get Google Maps listings enriched with contact emails — ideal for local B2B outreach.

  2. 2

    Extract Instagram emails

Drop a list of Instagram handles. Pull the contact email from each creator's profile bio — no scraping limits.

  3. 3

Use Social Email for cross-platform reach

Search contacts across multiple social platforms simultaneously. Ideal for agency workflows with diverse target lists.

  4. 4

    Validate and export

Export enriched contacts as CSV. Filter out empty rows. Pipe into your email tool, verified and ready to send.

Running it well

Pick the source by entity type, not by habit. Local businesses with websites go through Maps Email. Instagram creators go through Instagram Email. B2B professionals are better served by Leads Finder, which returns verified addresses directly rather than crawling for published ones.

Use the focused source first and the broad one second. Social Email covers several platforms and suits mixed lists, but its per-profile hit rate is lower by design. Running the well-matched source first and using the broad one only on the remainder is meaningfully cheaper.

Understand what kind of address you are getting. Maps Email returns published business addresses — info@, hello@ — which are monitored but not personal. Leads Finder returns individual work addresses. That distinction should change how the first message is written.

Validate before sending. Filtering Leads Finder to verified status, and checking that crawled addresses are well-formed, protects sender reputation. A smaller list with a low bounce rate is worth more than a larger one that damages your domain.

How to tell it's working

Hit rate — addresses found per profile submitted — is the efficiency measure, and it is largely determined by whether you matched the source to the population correctly. A low hit rate usually means wrong source, not bad data.

Bounce rate is the quality measure and the one with consequences. Anything above a few per cent should stop the campaign and send you back to filtering, because sender reputation is slow to rebuild.

Cost per deliverable contact is the number to compare across sources. Because you are billed per result returned rather than per profile submitted, unmatched profiles cost nothing, which makes this straightforward to calculate honestly.

Is this the right workflow?

This workflow fills in contact details for entities you already have. If you do not yet have the list, start with Lead Generation, which builds and qualifies it from an ICP description with verified emails included from the outset.

Frequently asked questions

Why do some profiles return no email?
Because not everyone publishes one. Businesses without websites, accounts using contact forms only, and personal profiles frequently yield nothing. You are billed per result returned, so misses do not cost you.
Are generic addresses worth having?
For local business outreach, yes — at a small business the owner usually reads the shared inbox. For enterprise targets they are much weaker, and an individual work address from Leads Finder is the better route.
Which source should I try first?
Whichever matches most of your list. Focused sources have far better hit rates on the population they are built for; Social Email is the cross-platform fallback for what remains.
How do I protect deliverability?
Filter to verified where the source supports it, warm the sending domain gradually, and stop immediately if bounce rate climbs. No list is worth a burned domain.
