Step-by-step workflows, product updates, and research on using data for lead generation, competitor intelligence, and outreach.

What we write about

Workflows, not announcements

Most of what is here is procedural: how to build a list that converts, which source to use for which job, how to run intent monitoring without drowning in noise, and how the credit model actually behaves. The aim is that a post is useful whether or not you use VoxScrape, because a workflow you understand is more valuable than a feature you have been told about.

Written from the mechanics

Posts about pricing and billing are derived from how the system genuinely works — what a credit hold does, when a refund fires, why sources cost what they cost — rather than from a marketing summary of it. Where something has a real limitation, it is stated plainly. That is more useful than a claim you would discover to be wrong in week two.

Compliance gets treated seriously

Collecting public data and contacting the people in it are separate legal questions, and the second one is where teams get into trouble. At least one post is dedicated to that distinction rather than gesturing at it, because getting it wrong is expensive and the answer is not complicated once it is written down.
