Use Cases
What teams build with VoxScrape
Four proven workflows — each with a step-by-step playbook, the sources to use, and estimated credit costs.
Picking the right workflow
Start from the shape of your problem, not the tool
These four workflows are not alternatives to each other so much as answers to different questions. Lead Generation builds a list from a description of who you sell to. Email Enrichment fills in contact details for entities you already have. Competitor Intelligence tracks named rivals to inform positioning. Social Listening finds people describing your problem before they know a product category exists. Picking correctly is mostly a matter of being honest about which of those you actually need this week.
The two listening workflows are genuinely different
Competitor Intelligence and Social Listening use overlapping sources and are frequently confused, but they point in opposite directions. Competitor Intelligence searches brand names, is defensive and retrospective, and produces evidence for battlecards and messaging. Social Listening searches unbranded symptom language, is prospective, and produces a prospect list. One informs how you talk about yourself; the other generates pipeline. Most teams eventually run both, for different readers.
Every workflow has a credit shape
Each detail page includes a realistic credit estimate for a full cycle, because the economics change which workflow makes sense at your volume. A workflow that costs 300 credits per run is a weekly habit; one that costs 3,000 is a monthly project. Knowing which is which before you start is the difference between a repeatable process and an experiment you abandon.
Lead Generation
Most teams spend hours manually searching LinkedIn and Google for prospects that half the time don't match their ICP. By the time the list is ready, the window has closed.

Your competitors are being discussed on Reddit, Twitter, and LinkedIn every day — by the exact buyers you're targeting. You're missing every one of those conversations.

You have names and company names — but no email addresses. Manually hunting down contacts takes more time than the outreach itself.

The most qualified prospects aren't filling out forms — they're posting on Reddit and Twitter about exactly the problems your product solves. You're not seeing those posts.
