Built for how your team works
Sales, marketing, and agency teams all use VoxScrape differently. Find the workflows and sources built for your role.
Which of these describes you?
The difference is where the constraint sits
Sales teams are usually constrained by time — the data exists, but assembling it eats the selling week. Marketing teams are constrained by knowledge — they need to understand a market before they can write to it. Agencies are constrained by economics — the same work has to be profitable across ten clients rather than one. The product is the same in all three cases; what changes is which part of it carries the weight.
Pricing is per result, not per seat
This matters differently for each group. For a sales team it means adding a rep does not add a licence. For an agency it means the input cost of a client deliverable is a known number you can put in a proposal. For a marketing team it means research that used to require a commissioned study is a run you can launch before lunch. The absence of seat pricing is the single structural difference that shows up in all three.
Every role page shows the actual numbers
Rather than describing outcomes vaguely, each page below works through a realistic weekly or per-client cycle with credit costs attached — what a rep’s loop consumes, what a research round costs, what a client retainer needs. That is usually a more useful basis for a decision than any feature comparison.
What the three have in common
All three roles hit the same underlying wall: the information they need is public and available, and assembling it is what consumes the week. Nobody is short of data in the abstract. They are short of the hours it takes to turn scattered public records into something structured enough to act on. Every workflow described below is a way of collapsing that assembly step, which is why the same product serves three quite different jobs without being three different products.
Where each role usually starts
Sales teams almost always begin with Leads Finder, because turning an ICP description into a contact list is the most immediate time saving available. Marketing teams tend to begin with Reddit and Twitter collection, since audience language is the input to everything else they produce. Agencies typically start with whichever source matches their largest client’s market — usually Google Maps or Maps Email for local work, Leads Finder for B2B — and expand once the per-client economics are proven on one account.
If none of these describe you
These three are the most common patterns rather than the only ones. Recruiters use the LinkedIn sources for candidate research, investors use the YC sources for deal screening, and product teams use intent monitoring to decide what to build. The underlying capability — collect public data, enrich it, export it — is not role-specific, so the use-case pages are often a better entry point than the role pages if your job is not listed here.
